Cabinet Style Parts Washers - cleaning small parts up to the largest assemblies. 

These Washers are very similar to a commercial Dishwasher. 

1) Operator simply loads the parts to be cleaned, sets the wash cycle timer. Since the machine is fully automatic now free to perform another task while the machine. 

2) The washer automatically blasts the parts from all angles with hot (up to 180° F) water and biodegradable soap solution. The cleaning solution flows to the bottom or side of the parts washer where it is filtered, reheated and reused. 

3) The operator now unloads the warm parts which will flash dry in seconds.

Increasingly factories are replacing their Solvent type cleaners with Aqueous (water based) Parts Washers. Manufacturers are realizing what the Auto Industry has known for years. Grease and cutting oils can easily be removed with the proper balance of water, heat, detergents and pressure.

Environmental and Health Concerns -   The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) continues to put pressure on companies to phase out their use of Solvents. Solvent washers use VOC's (volatile organic compounds) to clean, and these VOC's are considered to be an environmental as well as a  health hazard. Eliminating hand scrubbing in solvents or strong chemicals reduces a persons contact with harmful skin irritants.  There has also been desire on the part of many to eliminate Solvents because of their flammability.
